Game wont start

Hello, I just purchased Startup Company on Steam today but I can't get it to launch properly. When I click Play in Steam it brings me to the option screen asking about the regular version or controller/gamepad version. I click the regular (recommended) version and it shows as Running for a couple seconds and then reverts back to Play. The game screen doesn't even show up. If I Browse Local Files and click Unity > Startup Company.exe it opens the Console Version and I don't have any keyboard/mouse control so I have to alt-tab > Task Manager to end it. There is a Startup Company.exe inside an Electron folder but that does nothing when I try to open it. I have tried running both as Admin and I can only get it to run the Console version. I have verified files, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my PC, tried disconnecting my controller and nothing will let me play the regular version with keyboard/mouse. Any help would be appreciated. Update: Issue is resolved. Just in case anyone else has similar problems it turned out to be a conflict with another program WindowBlinds. I added the StartupCompany.exe file to be excluded and now it runs fine.
