Controller Disconnected error - help

I am receiving Controller disconnected error when I launch the game. It was fine before, I don't know which update did this.

I've had this happen a few months ago, but I got it fixed in no time. Although I don't remember what I did exactly, it could be something as simple as verifying/repairing the installation.
At this moment, though, I'm having no problems at all.
