Outsourcing executive ranks and speed - does it matter?

It seems that a lvl 1 exec with minimum speed is doing the same thing as a lvl 3 max speed. Am I missing something?

I think it affects the speed at which he/she finds contracts, but otherwise no, I don't think there's much difference.

It seems to me that the higher level execs can search for larger contracts if you're using filters. Level 1 marketing execs can't search for contracts for more than I think 1,107,000 looks. I've only recently picked back up playing since patch 27 came out so I might be wrong because I have no expert execs right now.

EDIT: I just did a quick check... that's not the case at all.

Hi MrDylan and gooberwoc,

I got more information on how the Outsourcing Exec works.

1. If you're selling components, Outsourcing Execs can only sell components that match their level (ie, beginner, intermediate or expert)
2. When buying components, the level of the Outsourcing Exec currently doesn't make a difference, but that's going to change in the near future.
