How can I upgrade framework?
my all functions are max level. but upgrading is not open ... how can I uprading??

You need to have enough research points to upgrade to the next framework. You can do so from the features tab and look in the right corner to upgrade your framework. Or have you already achieved the max framework?

Or perhaps you have not filled all of the feature slots on your current framework, they all need to be filled.

Hence why fill extra slots with ads and do upgrade then, immediately remove not needed ads.
