Salary for new employees?

Just started this game and potential employees keep rejecting my offer. And nowhere in the game does it give me an idea on how much to offer them. Please help!

Train and upgrade to intermediate first to enable salary expectation option option when hiring.

i ussually type in 4-5k when i first start a game. game will negotiate with you from there. i meet next offer around half way my offer and what they accept. or train to intermediate or expert on your CEO.
