As I said random events like DDoS Attacks and Viral Boosts automatically end after some time :)
You're doing it wrong. You want to set a rule to your controller for DDOS at like 125%, any more than that they will turn yellow, or worse orange. If they change color like that then you have your overclock rule setting way to high. I found with transfuse servers 125% (give or take 1 or 2%) is perfect. Fill your room with these racks duplicated and linked to the controller. I never have a problem with my servers even during 3 DDOS attacks they remain under 12% server usage (with 7 active websites going as well). Don't forget a few things, the coolers I have surrounding my whole host room on the outside perimeter facing inwards. And in the large racks there is room for 2 full transfusion servers inside, for the extra space you need to have cooling racks. Don't bother putting in smaller web servers on the racks to fill the gaps, as it is they are already warmer than usual so the cooling racks will keep them green. Besides that, one transfusion server alone is like 6 full racks of the smaller ones so it's pointless anyways.
It costs lot of resources to get it up to 100% though, it requires 4 people: a researcher, a fully trained lead dev, a dev and a designer to built.
Or if you have money, you can hire an outsourcing specialist (or 5) and tell everyone that you are purchasing the parts for it and keep em coming in. But you have to do this for all websites you develop, which can be expensive if you create them and sell them off quite often.
You can also check out the Discord server for help. Link is at the bottom-right corner of the start screen.
