Hire a Lead Developer
I have only just started the game and it's telling me I need to hire a lead developer in the tutorial, I am not sure how to do this. Please help anyone?

Hi there,

All recruitment is done using your CEO. Click the desk where you seated him and select the Lead Developer. If you can't see the Lead Developer, go to the Research menu and unlock it.

Note: Beta 21 was just released 2 hours ago which completely changes the recruitment system. I believe you just got started between the updates causing the tutorial/investor messages to be a bit confusing.
