I could see the company being passed down to a team member or if more structure is built into the game, you could specifically choose someone from C-Level to sign it over to...
Alternatively an exit method would be realistic as hell. Ultimately if you're building a biz, depending on what the niche is, you're going to have an exit if it's not a personal brand.
So two options: Hand it over or make an exit to gain big bucks and who knows, continue on as an investor for venture capital? ;)
Giving me too many ideas on how to handle this haha.
Edit: See... The VC idea I like because... If there could be an online component there could be a leaderboard of player businesses to invest in which would be cool.
Instead, you can start a custom game where you disable retirement/CEO aging. Doing that will allow you to play forever. Unfortunately you'll need to start a new game.
