What should be made clear is those games are popular for a reason. But it was not the game genre I was being sold when I supported the project.
To be fair though using managers can greatly alleviate the issue you are having by giving quantities of which components are needed.
My issue that underlines this is that to get the kind of production to make things less of a clicker game requires training people and training right now as it stands is diabolical.
I have been told by Jonas that he intends to improve this in the coming weeks leading to release though.
When you get managers it helps if you set it up with one manager being in charge for example of the Developers, another for the Leads and so on. Set the limit to 100 and spend it up as it becomes available.
My biggest annoyance now, however, is the micromanagement of the Sales Rep..
