Mods Problem Please help me :-)

Hi, I've a problem to use my mods what I've download: Ive suscribded to 3 mods, Ive download them, but when I launch the game there is no mod in the mods list so Ive check the files and when I go there is nothing!! No files mods. Ive usedthis tuto Ive found it on this site:

As I don't have a fix ready yet, I might have a way to make mods for now:
* Find the URL of the workshop mod you want to install
* Copy/paste the URL in the textbox at this website: http://steamworkshopdownloader.com
* Click download
* Create a "mods" folder in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Startup Company
* Copy paste the .tar file to the new mods folder.
* Extract the .tar file with WinRAR or any other software supporting tar
* Start up Startup Company
Ive no idea because this tuto do not work for me
Please help me. Thanks

Can you please confirm that you have tested all these suggestions:

• Restart both the game and your Steam client.
  
• Make sure you're signed in with the same Steam account in both your browser and your Steam client.
  
• Ensure Steam Cloud is enabled in Steam: https://i.imgur.com/xgsD4Ox.jpg
  
• Delete all existing mods (located in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Startup Company\mods)
  
• Run the game as administrator (see above)
  
• Temporary disable your anti-virus to allow mods to be installed.

It's always the same thing the file by subscribing does not appear where it is supposed to be (having done the above handling) I do not understand ... Thank you for answering me. In any case if there is something else to try I am a taker because this game is really great.

I just pushed a hotfix. Please restart Steam and try again :-)

That's do not work too... Sorry to have disturb you I'm gonna uninstall and reinstall the game... Thanks to have help me. Is there other thing I can do?
