Retirement Ends the game?

After the years count down to zero and you are going to be retired does the game end? or can you still grow your company?

Hi RAVEN_OF_WAR,

You have the choice of continuing your game after retirement, playing as one of your employees, but you essentially "start over" with a new company. (makes sense since your original CEO has taken his/her riches and run off into the sunset).

If you'd like a game that never ends, you can choose the Custom Game option then select Disable Retirement option.

If you guys implement some kind of 'scoring' system that might make retiring more interesting. Then players will have a goal to beat their 'score'. I'm not sure the best way for this game Maybe just a final report players can boast about. the more data the better I guess.

Is it possible to disable retiring even if I already started a new company?

(I already have a lot of progress done and don't want to restart now or after I retire)
