Report a translation problem
You have the choice of continuing your game after retirement, playing as one of your employees, but you essentially "start over" with a new company. (makes sense since your original CEO has taken his/her riches and run off into the sunset).
If you'd like a game that never ends, you can choose the Custom Game option then select Disable Retirement option.
