Employees want a 7 hour workday, but when I give it to them it doesn't complete the demand?

If you hire a manager and let the CEO control the manager, the employees will be affected too :-)

if you hire HR Managers and then assign to mangers to the hr managers tha you set the HR managers work shift to 7 hrs each the effect trickles down to managers they control and then to employees they control.
