2. This game is about a software company, not a trading company, hedge fund, or investment bank.
However, on line or off it has held my attention for over a day till I can't keep my eyes open :)
It does have investing through buying stocks of other companies, so yes it does have that functionality.
But no it is not complicated or in depth, but maybe an interesting way to play a game other than the exact intended way.
Think of it like speed running a game, glitches and game manipulation aren't necessarily intended, but some people like the difference in game play after completing it normally.
OK. Just went in game and checked out this function. Man, this is really basic.
It seems to me that this is not worthwhile. For testing, I put all the starting money all into popular services. making losses everyday.
Maybe the player would have a chance if he does not need to pay rent for the empty office. And if this portion of the game is not so dependent on revenue. The prices hardly move.
One way this could work is if the player has millions of dollars and nowhere to put.
The stocks & competitors feature was just released on Beta 12. I like to release features and see how the community react and build from there.
I noted your feedback.
Thanks!
Best,
Jonas
