How do i keep employees happy?
Title says it all, I am new and i dont know how to keep my employees happy.

Vacations are the fastest way. WER (Work Environment Rating) and if you have an HR manager keep the employees hours 8 or less. Give them the perks/benefits as you unlock them. I always sent my employees on vacation when they got to around 60. Happiness scales down their efficiency as they become less happy.
