How to upgrade to next sized building?

I've currently reached the maximum number of desks that can fit into the small building but do not see a way to raise it to the next size?

Click the company profile tab (2nd from the right), then go to the building tab.

Shows it as being blanked out for now, is there a tier required to go to the next level? Currently at tier 9

As long as you have enough funds it should be good. Do have any mods installed, there was an issue with a mod that blocked upgrading in another post.

Thanks it was the unlimited workstations mod that was causing the issue. Uninstalled that and it let me upgrade.
