Star Wars BF 2 Fix!

Since yesterday when the Multiplayer was revived, I wasn´t able to play and were searching for a fix myself.
This is how it worked out for me and I hope it will fix your game too.

Basically what you need to do is change the Compability Mode into Windows XP.
Go to steam > Star Wars Bf2> Properties> Llocal Files > Browse local files> Gamedata. Right click Battlefront 2 and go to Properties and Compatibility and tick run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

Can confirm. this fix works on windows 10. I was able to join a online match instantly after doing this. We need to sticky this as so many are having this issue.

Please if your going to post it "Doesn't work for me" please post some relavant information at least your OS version, GPU and motherboard model especially since one of the most common issues with this game when it released was issues with realtek sound cards
