CROW Squawk - Meaning?

I hear a CROW make a noise occasionally. Does it have a significance?
Could not find anything related on the internet.

No, I checked. I thought it was maybe when a civ changes its status towards one but could not find enough evidence. With the original dev either retired or perhaps no more, only other people who could let us know are the people with many hours played.

Maybe. Developers normally do not right extra code for random sounds, especially that of a crow. But there is a first time for everything.

I've been playing this game for quite possibly too much time to never notice a correlation between the crow vocals and anything else. I reached turn 392 on mobile and heard the sound effect. Thanks for the answer :)
