How do you reset Scenarios

Back when I was bad at games, I accidentally edited the base Modern Day Scenario, i there anyway to return it to its original state, thanks.

Yes there is: reinstall the game

i kind of reseted it by coloring from my memory and it kind of worked

delete it from game files, and use the file integrity check option on steam
