you can edit it. choose in the map editor the point civilization form or something. there can you add civilizations to form the german empire. but you have than own this land to form it

Also was genau möchtest du jetzt denn wissen? wie du das im Editor Einstellen kannst, dass man z.B mit einem Deutschen Fürstentum z.B Preußen oder Deutsches Kaiserreich gründen kannst?

Hallo, ich spiele gerade Preussen und im Diplomatiefenster steht Deutsches Kaiserreich formen, aber irgendwie bekomm ich das nicht hin. Kann mir jemand helfen ?
