Can you cancel an army movement?
Seems totally impossible. Have to either load back a save or just deal with it.

So select the province in which the army is moving out of. click move.. click the province they are heading in to and you should be able to deselect the amount of units you want to move. change it to 0 and it will stop the army from moving.
