New changes to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Forbidden & Limited List took effect this week, and they’re helping to improve a few specific Decks. Take a look at these changes and the Decks that benefit from them!

HERO Decks Get a Boost!

In the latest Forbidden & Limited List, Neos Fusion and Keeper of Dragon Magic were moved from the Limited 2 List to the Limited 3 List, and Elemental HERO Brave Neos was added to the Limited 2 List. These cards are often all used together in HERO Decks that rely on Summoning Elemental HERO Brave Neos with Neos Fusion. The bump of Neos Fusion and Keeper of Dragon Magic from Limited 2 to Limited 3 means that these Decks can now have an additional card at their disposal for Summoning Elemental HERO Brave Neos with Neos Fusion. Adding Elemental HERO Brave Neos to the Limited 2 List makes it tougher to use Limited 2 tech cards like Treacherous Trap Hole and Enemy Controller, but doesn’t impede the Deck’s ability to Special Summon Elemental HERO Brave Neos. As a result, this change is an overall boost for dedicated HERO Decks using Neos Fusion and Elemental HERO Brave Neos in their strategy. Note, however, that Aleister the Invoker and Invocation are currently on the Limited 3 List. With Neos Fusion and Keeper of Dragon Magic joining them on the Limited 3 List, it will no longer be feasible to combine Neos Fusion and Invocation in the same strategy.

Dark Magician, Cyber Dragon, and Spellbook Decks

Four different cards have been completely removed from the Forbidden & Limited List, lifting all limitations on those cards! These four cards are Magician of Dark Illusion, Cybernetic Fusion Support, Spellbook of Fate, and Spellbook of the Master.

Magician of Dark Illusion is an important monster that is easy to Summon in Dark Magician Decks. It was previously on the Limited 2 List. With it removed, it will no longer interfere with using additional copies of Limited 2 tech cards like Treacherous Trap Hole and Enemy Controller in Dark Magician Decks.

Cybernetic Fusion Support was once a key card used in Decks built around Cyber Dragon and Zane Truesdale’s Cyber Style Skill. Since the Cyber Style Skill was changed, Cybernetic Fusion Support lost a lot of popularity. Nevertheless, it still has its uses and can facilitate Fusion Summoning powerful monsters. Previously, Cybernetic Fusion Support was on the Limited 2 List, where it remained with Cybernetic Overflow and Cyberload Fusion – two important cards for Cyber Dragon Decks. Now, with Cybernetic Fusion Support off of the Limited list entirely, Duelists are able to experiment with it in their Cyber Dragon Decks without sacrificing Cybernetic Overflow or Cyberload Fusion from those Decks.

Spellbook of Fate and Spellbook of the Master were previously on the Limited 3 and Limited 2 Lists respectively, but now have no restrictions thanks to the latest update to the Forbidden & Limited List. This means you can now use up to 3 copies of each of them in your Deck, along with Limited 3 and Limited 2 tech cards like Cosmic Cyclone and Treacherous Trap Hole. Although most Spellbook Decks have recently had trouble competing with the top Decks, this latest change gives them a small boost.

The Forbidden & Limited List changes were relatively minor this time around, but provided a small buff to HERO, Dark Magician, Cyber Dragon, and Spellbook Decks. If you’re a fan of any of these Decks, be sure to try them out with the newest changes made to the Forbidden & Limited List!

Wow, that is awesome You can build some interesting decks with 3x "Neos Fusion".

when you auto duel it really defeat the purpose of the game. besides, play will then complain about how terribly stuipd the AI to lose their tokens during the "farming"
