help with dark magician deck

First I am a f2p player who plays the game just for fun. I won't use meta decks. Currently I wanna do a dark magician deck (among other decks). I am just gonna list the deck in it's current state. I know it's not perfect, so I am looking for some tips. But also keep in mind, I know I need some cards, but I just don't have the gems for it right now. So here it is:

-Magician of Dark Illusion x2 (want to remove one copy)
-Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter x1 (probably want to remove)
-Magician's Rod x3
-Night's End Sorcerer x1
-Magician's Robe x1
-Dark Magician x3

-Dark Magic Attack x1
-Thousand Knives x2

-Magician Navigation x2 (need a third copy)
-Floodgate Trap Hole x1
-Bad Aim x1
-Wall of Disruption x1
-Champion's Vigilance x1

-Dark Paladin x1
-Vermillion Dragon Mech x1
-Azure-Eyed Silver Dragon x1
-Giganticastle x1
-Cloudcastle x1 (probably want to remove)

Cards I wanna add:
-Armades, Keeper of Boundaries x1
-The Eye of Timaeus x1
-Amulet Dragon x1
-Bad Aim x2 ???
-Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer (I know it's good but probably to expensive for me, so will skip it)
-World Legacy Clash ??? (actually I don't wanna use that, cause it is op in my opinion)

if you don't have Eternal Soul, then your deck's not a Dark Magician deck.

Magicians Navigation is amazing for Dark Magician so it's good you already have 2.

Also while your "WLC too OP" comment is true, if your Opp will use them against you, then it's fair game my friend, though it a Dark Magician deck there are better place holders.

Illusion Magic is a big thing you're missing here. It really helps tie the deck together in cases like when you happen to open with Rod and Navigation in your hand without a Dark Magician. Could definitely drop the dragon for that and maybe swap a Thousand Knives for a Dark Magic Expanded. The rest of your backrow is okay if that's what you feel like using, but of course there's a reason why everyone runs WLC in favor of any of those at this point.

I had Illusion Magic in it, just removed it a few days ago. I rarely used it even if I drew it. Also I will probably use Arkanas Skill A Trick Up the Sleeve so I start with dark magician on the hand.
And I am not a big fan of Dark Magic Expanded, think will skip it.
But I am really unsure of my backrow. I didn't made a lot of thoughts about it.
EDIT: hmm, maybe I will try to swap a Thousand Knives for a Dark Magic Expanded

eternal soul is in game, tf are you talking about? my dark magician deck runs 1, you had to get it from an event and it hasn't happened again yet so max 1 copy. but your deck isn't DM if you don't have eternal soul, period.

Try my build, it used to reach KoG in late June and i use it a lot in Duel Carnival in Yugi Team yesterday.

Well I have everything except third copy of Magician Navigation, second copy of Drowning Mirror Force, Mirror Wall and Amulet Dragon. Will definitly get another Magician Navigation and Amulet Dragon but for the others: are you sure Mirror Wall is still a thing? I think it is pretty weak by now. And Drowning Mirror Force is great but another copy would be too expensive for me. How should I replace these two?
