Don't use auto (I think). I got all S on Human on my first or second try.

What @Dead Weight said. Using auto combos applies penalty to your final score.

Anyway, the best way to get S rank is to complete the mission with no damage. "No Damage" multiplier doubles your score, so it's a guaranteed S unless you're really bad.

How Is best moment for taunt enemies? Before or at the end of a fight?

Right after Stinger, when you've knocked the enemy away. Air taunts are quicker, though, so you should be able to pull them off more often. Dante's even pops enemies into the air.
That mission is straight up broken when it comes to style points along with mission 12 and I've heard 18, they are stupidly demanding and will probably require some cheese tactics like royal guarding up to SSS before killing anything or going for a no hit bonus using Faust and Sin DT. Something to note is the boss at the end doesn't matter too much for style so don't try to beat it but if you're going for a no damage run it will count for damage. The mission ends when you break the crystal and get a single hit on the boss so try to do that without getting hit if you're going for no damage, it's not too bad especially if you save your Sin DT for it.

It's even harder on lower difficulties to S rank these missions because the enemies die so quickly you don't have enough time to get the style up. Idk if they wanted M10&12 to be stupidly difficult to S rank but compare those two missions to M11 and how you're awarded style there, I can S rank M11 on any difficulty no problem playing way worse than I do on 10&12. I really believe they are bugged and hope it gets fixed with the update coming soon. It makes S ranking missions in this game so not fun the way it is now, I'm fine with a challenge like mission 19 but as far as M10&12 are concerned they are just straight up not fun just tedious to get the S.

S ranking mission 10 isn't as hard as some people make it out to be. Use Royal Guard a lot to keep up the style rank without damaging the enemies because how long you keep it up is more important to your score than damage or speed. Skip any non-mandatory fights and use the rose taunt a lot since it's both safe and it gives you style and DT.

There's only one non-mandatory fight in that mission all the others you get locked in. Royal guarding to SSS before you kill any enemies or no damaging is the only way to get an S rank in M10. 100% broken.

Faust is the best cheese for M10 I've found so far, but it's expensive :steamsalty:

It's not the only way, but it's quite a bit harder without that.

At least for me, doing solo Royal Guard (without any type of weapon equiped) it's a guaranteed S on human mode

Giving how passive some enemies are on human, that must've taken forever on M10
