Lagging after restarting pc

The first time i started up the game, it was lagging yet after a while of fiddling its fixed, but when I hopped on the next day the first like 1 hour was just lagging and eventually doing the same thing i did yesterday it was fixed, is this happening to anyone else?

the main menu is fine, its just when i hope into story mode, another mode, territory recovery, character episode mode and inferno, it lags

i fixed it a few times but idk how exactly i did it, and the lag keeps coming back

I run the game on the lowest settings, I figured out if I just stay in the game for like 10 minutes the fps comes back, btw my specs are INTEL Core i7-6820HQ @ 2.70GHz, NVIDIA Quadro M1200 (not the best pc but it works)
