Game Soft-locking - Chapter 3 Episode 1

Is anyone else suffering an issue in Chapter 3 Episode 1 where Eren gets stuck on a building and won't move after clearing the first map? It basically soft-locks me from progressing any further in the story.

If anyone has a solution for this that'd be great.

I remember finding a workaround where I had to do things in a particular order regarding side objectives, but I can't remember specifically what I did back then.
