l wanna ,if possible max my character to all stats 99 (if possible)
You get "Ready For Anything" from Armin's friendship stuff.
Set it to Easy (temp) and now things are how it should. Can actually move around and enjoy the game. Once I get upgrades, it's going back to Normal or Hard.
Gas consumption at a base nonupgraded gear should be patched. It's unplayable.
A. You do NOT have to boost every time you attack. In fact, before you can get bigger gas tanks (allowing you to be more frivolous) you should only boost as a last resort. The point of the mechanic is to help you attack from a shorter range (it doesn't really make you go faster, it's a way to accelerate e.g. for quick followup attacks). It's not really meant as a travel mechanic (certainly not at first) and it is not necessary to do the most damage (which comes down to distance, velocity, angle, and attack timing).
B. You shouldn't be boosting around. Fast travel is achieved by timing the square button as opposed to simply holding it (which is slower, but easier to control) to gain momentum, and heavy use of the air jump ability to redirect/maintain momentum.
C. Sneak attacks use a lot of gas, and they are often unnecessary (so far, I've found them mainly useful for speedrunning S ranks).
If you get to a point where you can understand this game's basic mechanics, then you will realize that you do not even need gas to take down a titan (in fact, you are not penalized for killing titans while out of gas, which isn't true of broken blades). The fact that you claim to run out "after 2 titans" proves that you do not understand this yet.
I hope you'll get some use out of those tips, and that you'll be on your way to kick titan ass soon enough.
This is especially evident once you earn "Spinning Slash" from Levi, as the game naturally accelerates you as you approach an anchored spot. Don't boost unless you absolutely have to, or can afford to spam it by using Battle Alert Signal, or Erwin's Buddy Command.
