Steamdeck and Controller Support?

Hey guys, i really want to buy this game, i have on switch and really enjoy it, but my daughter play and have my switch right now and i need to know, is this game have controller support to play on deck? Inreally want to bought it and play on my deck, Thank you

The store page marks it as *playable* on steam deck. Just some font size issues.

I play it on the Steam Deck and it runs and plays fine for me, but it didn't have any controller support OOB. I use a custom template I derived from the stock keyboard and mouse configuration forever ago. It uses the right trackpad as the mouse cursor, with the left and right triggers as the right and left mouse click, and it works just fine. Controller support would be nice too, but this is very playable.

If you wanted to put the time in, you could make a much better layout.

I'll never understand devs who port their games to console and don't add controller support to the PC version. what do you have to lose?
