How to enable mods

My mods had a conflict some how and the game told me it disabled them all. I am unable to enable any. I've attempted to reinstall the game, and removed some mods. There is a box in the mod manager list next to each mod. Though, its a box made up of dots. The toggle all mods button doesn't work.

Hello, hopefully this image will help you you. To toggle mods on/off you need to click on the box on the right hand side of each mod:

The dotted box on the left is for changing the load order of mods. You click and drag it up/down. You probably don't need to worry about this for now, but can be useful in some scenarios.
