In zoo tycoon all you do is build the tanks and hire staff to clean and feed. This game doesn't have the tank cleaning but it does have maintaining water temperature and quality and those machines can break down causing the water temp or quality to go wrong and the fish to die if left too long. Plus quality needs to be monitored and asjusted as fish grow larger.
Both have food/drink kiosks, bathrooms, visitor seating, and both games have minor decoration type stuff required by animals.
