Default theme/paint

Is there a way to set the global default "theme" for the whole aquarium? Just a personal preference but I really don't like the default blue/white much and prefer the harbour and pacific browns instead (far more soothing on my older eyes haha). I've now worked out how to paint everything but when adding new areas/walls etc. it defaults to the blue/white and then needs painting (as already mentioned that's a long process tile by tile). I realise the paints get unlocked at various levels but it would still be nice to set a default theme (even if just when starting a new game?).

I realize this is a few years too late for you, but this is the thread that comes up in Google so I'll put the answer here - right-click the theme you want in the paint menu.
