Too many fish
How do I remove/kill a fish out of a tank, I've got too many of them and need to place a different fish to satisfy the tutorial.

Yeah I found it and it's a poor design choice in my opinion as are quite a few things in this game that I've found already. Poor UI choices IMO.

For anybody else that comes along wondering.

1. Click on Tank
2. Click on what looks like a bulldozer icon (top left) Apparently also a sell icon.
3. Click the fish in the tank info panel (not in the tank itself) this sells the fish.

Would be so much better to simply bring up tank info panel, right click on fish, have sub menu pop up like Sell, move, etc.

There is also a shortcut to sell and move

X for sell and M to move

Once you learn the keyboard shortcuts, moving around and using the game become very easy and fluid.

Thanks for the replies but I'm not much of a hot key type of player

Hey City Builder, I hear your feedback, thanks. I went for simply 'pick up' on right click so you could pick up lots of fish in a row more easily.

If we had a context menu it would be: right click -> pick up, right click -> pick up and so on.

If you select the sell/delete tool in the top left (or press X as Bosjesman points out) then click on the animal or object you can sell with a single click which is not too bad, just takes some getting used to. :)

You can remove the fish too buy clicking on the tank, clicking on the fish in the tank you want to move and clicking on the little house looking icon on the fish you are wanting to move. I move fish around from tank to tank that way. I play mouse only so keyboard shortcuts are useless to me. I have injured my keyboard hand and finding games that i can play mouse only right now is nice for me. Once you figure things out, it's quick and easy, but it's figuring things out that's difficult :)
