Update 1.0.26 has been released and will be downloaded when your Steam Client is restarted.

Changes in 1.0.26:

Added an in-game options menu with mouse sensitivity slider.
Minor text fixes.
Fixed a bug where the game would reset to windowed mode when loading a new scene if the user never applied any changes to the options menu.

Update 1.0.14 has been released and will be downloaded when your Steam Client is restarted (if it hasn't already).

Changes in 1.0.14:

Concentrated Infected spawn points to increase difficulty.
Reduced Grenade cook time.
Added 'Controls' option in the main menu.
Reduced total ammo amount per contract to increase difficulty.
Increased Infected spawn counts for larger contracts (Camp/Compound).
The door of the lift in Denisov Cave has been made lighter so that it opens easier.
Infected in Horde Mode now behave correctly, swarming towards the player in large numbers.
Fixed white graphical glitch in the lift shaft of Denisov Cave.
