CD Key
So I have never installed this game on computer and I just bought it Today I go on multiplayer and it says CD key is in use by another player but I Just bought it. Any help will be very much appreciated it

I have this same problem!!! I'm looking everywhere to fix it. However I am able to create a server without problem. But obviously not many people play multiplayer, so it's really hard to get people to join...so yeah....I'll keep looking

Try contacting steam support and see what they tell you. Sounds like bad keys are being given out then.

Mine is doing the same thing, I finally installed recently, brought it back on the star wars sales was on.

yeah same thing here. pretty pissed off actually . never played teh Online and i was kinda hyped about playing online with this game . beat the piss outta the sinlge mode on Xbox . now im just reliving my oldschool game but still REALLY want to play online . but apparently some ♥♥♥♥ has my CD key

Hey guys, my multiplayer is working now, but it just happened, so check if you can join internet games as well. I think they fixed it! So Amped!

Problem:
GAMESPY SHUT DOWN!
I am so sorry, but I had no clue it was going to shut down. Oh well, there's this thing called gameranger I've been using, which is really easy to use, but it doesn't really have many republic commando servers. I'm trying to set one up, but I'll have to port forward, and I have no clue how to do that. If anyone wants to set up some games with me, send me a PM and I'll be happy to oblige, since we've got quite a following we can make a pretty big game I believe

If you want gameranger, just look it up. It's really easy, but without it there's no multiplayer for many games, including commando, battlefront, and halo. Yup
