Multiplayer on Same PC
As the title suggests, am I able to play multiplayer on the same PC? I am planning to connect my PC to a Tv via hdmi. Am i able to play a multiplayer split screen on Star Wars Republic Commando?
I am also connecting an xbox 360 controller and / or bluetooth keyboard

No you are not able to do that, sorry. If you wanted to do that you should buy the game on Xbox.

Yeah local as in LAN multiplayer.

No that's not what Local Multiplayer means, local means on the same machine. Product description is simply not accurate and pulled from the Xbox title which DOES have splitscreen multiplayer(Not Co-Op)

Really late to the conversation, but the store page says shared/splitscreen PVP, and pretty sure local means LAN when it comes to Steam games.

Nope, it's just wrong.

It also states remote play together, which is a protocal that only works on splitscreen/games that support mutiple players on the same PC.

This game only supports online multiplayer, and out of the box, no multiplayer at all because it relies on gamespy servers, which have been shut down. You can get LAN/online working, but requires some hacks. See the guides section or PCGW

The publisher just got the steam features screwed up. Not that uncommon.
