Which are more dangerous: Super Battle Droids, or Droidekas?

Super Battle Droids are practically minibosses and have an array of useful weapons at their disposal, but the Droidekas have repeating blasters and a shield. It also seems like the droideka tends to be better at doing sustained fire, whereas the SBD tends to stop firing once it gets turned around. Yet the SBD is supposed to be newer than the droideka in the lore?

SBD's aren't particularly difficult to take out unless I have to fight several without the anti-armor attachment. I mean, I single-handedly took one out with the pistol in the detention center on the Assault Ship at least once (with the help of cover probably). Droidekas on the other hand, if you don't find cover those things will tear you up.

What's your experience?

In Republic Commando? There are no vehicles, just turrets unless you count AI mobs.

idk what you mean by largers amounts of enemies. There are only 4 of you with the occasional wookie.

So far in my playthrough, SBD's have been much deadlier, easily. I haven't really taken any damage from Droidekas as it's mostly just been shooting them until their shields come down and then going in for the kill.

SBD's on the other hand, really easy to take down with EMP grenades or anti-armor attachment, but if you don't have any they're quite tanky and deliver some good damage.

Just this one SBD took out three of us, which was intense lol. Those two were low health and I couldn't kill it even with an EMP as I was the only one firing on it.
