How do I install the graphics fix mod?

If you are refering to the graphical patch made by Leon280698 you copy all files to the game's 'GameData\System' directory. https://github.com/Leon280698/CT/releases latest release, also works for multiplayer.

Ah, okay. I was simply copying them to the main directory.

Options menu should provide you with whatever resolution/FOV the patch provides and also i'd use your graphics drivers to set whatever aspect ratio you prefer using other aspect ratio mods may conflict with that current one
