Today i tried finding out some of the mechanics behind your character development. While some are straight forward, others aren't. First of what is the max lvl? It seems like a +4 is the max i can get for now. Second of how do you improve your guard or gangster skills? Buying 50+ guards and improving them to the max didn't do anything.
