2 tiles castle rule

Is it possible to change 2 tiles castle rule in single player from 4 to 2 points? and how if possible pls

As far as I know, the "2 tile city worth two points" rule dates back to an earlier version of Carcassone (maybe Rio Grande games?). When Z-Man took over printing, they changed the rule to the current 2 points per city tile, including in 2 space cities.

So it's not possible to change to 2 points for a two space city, because this is not the current rule for the current version of the game.
