DLC carry over to android version?
If I buy the DLC here, will it be unlocked in Android?

nope. when you login with asmodee account regardless a platform (PC, iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch), you carry only your personal career (games played, achievements, ELO, etc.). anyway this game support crossplay.
