Can 2 people play multiplayer with me if they share 1 computer ( husband & wife for instance )

I am considering buying this for my Son to allow him and his wife to play with me online. But I have not had time to investigate how it works really so hoping an answer is faster here.

I cannot seem to add a local player to an online lobby so I'm assuming this cannot be done. If you wanna play online it's seemingly 1 person 1 account.

Ofcourse they can. But only on local multiplayer. When you are adding new opponent you can choose between ai players on the right or human player on the left. When it comes to online multiplayer you have one profile per game so if you want more profiles fight each other you have to own more copies of this game. It's like in every other digital board game.

No, you can either play local "pass and play" OR online multiplayer. For online each player has to have their own account and you invite each account separately.

Buy the tabletop simulator and you can play nearly every board game in the world for free O.O

Look for the scripted carcassonne version in the workshop, all addons, everything automatized and you can play against a easy or hard ai. the hard ai is really challenging, very recommended for experienced carcassonne players.

AND you can do this online / local player mix. Play with 2 persons at one pc and another person at the end of the world: no problem ;)
