Issue with ticket kiosks

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but the pax at my airport seem to favor just one bank of ticket kiosks. I have 5 locations where kiosks are located, but 95% of the pax will only use the one set of 6 in the lower part of the screenshot outside the building.

Situation is quite alike to me.
Passenger don't use the one near the entrance of the building.
Uses the one close to the security aera.

I remade the airport from scratch at the newest set.

Ticketing zones!!!!
The Kiosks I have found now need to be in a ticket zone and pax will only use kiosks which are in the ticketing zone assigned for their gate. You know like the ticket desks?

Hey CoasterFreak, is your ticketing zone assigned to any gates?
If yes the PAX may just all be for different flights and aren't assigned to use the kiosks inside.

None of the ticketing areas desks/kiosks are assigned to any gates at this time.
The bank of kiosks getting all of the PAX is not even in a ticketing zone. Only the bank that is just inside in the same vicinity is in a ticketing zone and practically no one goes to it.

I shared 2 saves about this in this thread, might be worth checking those out and comparing the issue - as I think they're connected?!
