I second this question. The thread linked by chick is from 2020, hardly an up-to-date comparison since both games left EA in... 2021?

Personally, I feel like both games needed several more years on the stove. Most likely the devs were needing cash as a result of COVID lockdowns, and decided to throw in the towel early. Such a shame.
