Gridlock

I did a booboo. The garbage truck glitched causing a backup. I failed to notice it before it backup to the entry point. I think I compounded the problem by saving before exiting. Once I restarted the game, the garbage truck moved, but there wasn't enough room for it to get back on the main road and now nothing will move. Anyway of fixing this?

You can probably just build a second road right past the first one (i.e. making it a two lane road). In cases like this the game will notice it can't spawn trucks and will just teleport in construction material after some time so you can continue to build.
