Assigning Airlines to Offices | Help!

Hi! I did a contract with Learnyville Air, in my airport, and when I assign it to an office, the game says somethings wrong with the office as soon as I assign the airline to it. But when I Unassign the airline, it says the office is perfectly normal. I am so confused, Am i doing something wrong? Please help!

I'd need to know what the office tells you is wrong but I assume you didn't build a reception zone for visitors (which ariline execs are).

For your staff offices can just be anywhere, your staff doesn't really care and only they can access these offices. For airline execs and other visitors from airlines you'll need to build an area dedicated to offices - this area must not be in the secure part of your temrinal but at the same time must be secured by a reception zone. It's basically a small secure area just for offices.

oh, i did build a reception, do i need to build in or past the reception area?
also, it just said the zone was incomplete. Like, it was missing something but nothing was missing.

Reception acts for offices like security works for the rest of your airport. It creates a "secure" zone past it, and all offices and conference rooms there can be assigned to airlines. But like with security, you need to make sure there is no way around the reception area.
