Underground pickup/dropoff zone possible?

With underground roadways now possible, was wondering if there is a way to do a pickup or dropoff zone on -1 or -2? Played around with this over the weekend but couldn't get it working.

Yep, definitely!

Build a foundation underground, route the road underground, and then you can put your pickup/dropoff underground for sure -- during the live stream I did the same thing last night. :)

guess I better go watch the stream recording...hopefully it's recorded :) Always thought the pickup/dropoff zones had to be outdoors....like a sidewalk. guess I was wrong. Thanks for the reply and confirmation! back to the drawing board!

No worries! All the streams from this weekend should be recorded & available on our YouTube channel -- just don't make fun of my airport building skills, which admittedly were a bit rusty! ;)

I had been moving stuff underground towards the end of the second stream, a bit before my power went out. Probably the last 15-30 minutes of it or so. :)

I see now. I couldn't wrap my head around connecting the road/tunnel to the -1 foundation...but I see that you can knock the wall down after building the road as long as it is directly adjacent to the foundation. so basically the road is "indoors". Love it. going to have to redesign my baggage area now
