Building in Garbage and Storage zones

I totally get the restriction of not building within 10 tiles of a runway. And honestly, I kinda like it. However, I have a garbage zone and a storage zone just on the other side of a runway fence. But I can't place garbage bins or storage shelves in them because of the building restriction.

I'd suggest either lifting the restriction for those specific zones, or not allowing those zones at all in proximity to the runway. It just seems odd you can build those zones but not put garbage bins or shelves in them.

Makes perfect sense, really: you wouldn't want an engine inhaling a dumpster or a toolbox; either one will wreck the engine and a lot of folks' day.

Of course, so will a trash bag. I'd support extending the exclusion area to include zones for realism's sake.
