Stuck fuel truck

i have a fuel truck stuck at the very bottom of the road, where the last tile doesn't go off the map but into a second lane in order for it to despawn but its stuck on this corner and i have no idea how to unstuck it because its causing mass traffic issues...

Help me please.... is there a way i can dispose of all traffic at once or override the truck?

You can try to add roads around the truck, usually vehicles get stuck when roads it is trying to drive on are changed.

If that doesn't help send over your save and we'll get it fixed.

only company i can think of off hand that has you send your game save to them so they can fix for you. Talk about awesome devs!
