How to unlock EAM flights?

I don't understand what I need to do or unlock, in order to schedule EAM flights.

What advantages do these flights have? compared to the flights of the other schedules.
EAM flights pay more per passenger and runway use, or what are the advantages?

I have the "edge" branch.

EAM flights = Early AM flights midnight to 6am
