my flights get reneged

i like this game but for me right now its unplayable all my fligts get reneged (i dont know what it means) and i dont know why i have 3 gates and their never all filled also i have 2 runways just in case (both have lights for nighttime) but for some reason the get reneged please if anyone had an answer tell me

A flight gets reneged when you don't meet the airline's standards for that flight. It could mean you charge too much, their flights are getting cancelled due to lack of runway or gate, their flights are getting delayed due to boarding or baggage issues (when a flight is boarding, hover over the plane and see how many minutes are left when it completes boarding. If it gets into zero minutes and isn't departing, it is delayed), or even a facilities issue (airport is too dirty, long queues, etc.)

thanks, i think its because i increased prices i thought keeping 50% would be enough but i guess it isnt i'll reduce my prices and see. But one thing a few of my flights stayed.... but most left. btw, at all times i didnt have all my gates full and 2 runways.

Some airlines are more sensitive than others to the fees. When you are accepting flights, the main concerns of that airline are listed on the right side. Most of the airlines you have access to earlier are most concerned with price. So you can be mindful of that, or you can aim for other airlines.

Also check the airline interest percentage in the screen where it shows available flights. If that number goes too low the airline will reneg. I had one airline reneg becuase passengers didn't have enough interest. If you only have one every so often you can usually replace after a day or two with an airline that has a higher interest percentage.
