How to Schedule flights Midnight-4AM

I tried to get night and Morning Flights but i can't schedule them for midnight - 4 am this is an empty spot staff costs money and for that time of the day i'm getting nothing back from flights.
runway has lights i only need to schedule the flights

You can't yet. For me, I try to put the largest flight, let's say A380 and 747 on the earliest and latest allowed. That way, you're airport still looks busy because by the time the last flight departs, people start pouring in to check in for the 4AM flight.

Most airports have a ban on flying those hours, certainly in UK. Maybe this is reflected in game? Gotta let neighbours sleep sometime

this game needs a feature that let the staff sleep at night :D so they cost no money that time

Yeah I agree. Or let the gate agent leave the desk if there are no flights assigned to that gate, and come back around boarding time, just like real life.

good idea. Get staff move to where they are actually needed. Sack the ones you dont need, cut your payroll

I usually schedule my largest planes to the last slot of the night incase they encounter boarding delays.

I know you're referring to having them leave the airport and become unpaid, but they sort of do this already...don't schedule a full staff level for every gate desk, and they will go to a gate that needs them when boarding starts.

To have planes coming in around and staying till around 2am latest use the jumbo jets (A380 and B747 Possibly 787 and 777 though might be shorter.!
